Newton's Second Law of motion says that

Newton's second law of motion says that acceleration of a body is directly proportional to the net external force acting on it and inversely proportional to its mass. It clearly indicates that if we apply the same external force on different bodies of different masses, then body with lighter mass will get more acceleration. This is because it is stated in Newton's second law that acceleration is inversely proportional to mass of the body. So, lighter body which is having less mass will get more acceleration.

Similarly, heavier object will get less acceleration. Newton's second law is applicable to all daily life situations where an object is getting accelerated such as moving of a bus, car and truck. Newton used to think a lot. He was a young thinker in his early life. Newton has discovered three laws of motion. There are various examples in daily life that we can see Newton law is followed.
