Newton's Laws of Motion says that if any object is in the state of motion, it will stay in motion until

Newton was a wonderful scientist. He was always involved in deep thinking. Once upon a time, he was sitting under an apple tree. An apple fall down on the land. Newton saw and started thinking that why did that apple fall on the earth? It seems somewhat awkward that how a person can think like that. But he thought and started to think and experiment. In the last, he gave three laws of motion and these laws are known as the popular Newton's laws of motion.

First law of motion says that if any object is moving with a certain speed, it will keep moving with the same speed until or unless it is stopped by an external force. Not only this, Newton's law of motion also states that if anything is in rest, then it will try to stay at the same state of rest until or unless an external unbalanced force acts on it.

There are examples where you can see the application of Newton's laws of motion in real life. When you throw a ball on ground, it stops after moving to a certain distance. This is because an external, unbalanced force of friction is opposing the motion of the ball. So, here, friction is opposing the movement of the ball. You can see a lot of examples in your real life where Newton's law is being applied.
